Details
Very poor customer service. Have had nothing but trouble with the adhesives they provide. When brought up to their team, they tell you to go buy silicone glue from Walmart. PAI also makes major changes before notifying their customers. I received an email that they had switched monitoring companies and that no action was need from me. In my opinion that is not the way to do business.

We never had our service fully installed but continued to get billed. My family and I received harassing calls in the middle of the night. Little kids they hired to call and prank call of demanded money. I need a lawyer to fix these guys. It is wrong.

Have tried cancelling my protect america acct. Told it needs emailed or mailed in. Email comes back undelivered and the mail of course they say never made it there. They keep charging me every month. Everytime i call I get the run around. Going to the BBB and would not suggest to anyone!
