We never had our service fully installed but continued to get billed. My family and I received harassing calls in the middle of the night. Little kids they hired to call and prank call of demanded money. I need a lawyer to fix these guys. It is wrong.

Have tried cancelling my protect america acct. Told it needs emailed or mailed in. Email comes back undelivered and the mail of course they say never made it there. They keep charging me every month. Everytime i call I get the run around. Going to the BBB and would not suggest to anyone!

System worked off cell service. Then it no longer had the strength to work all the time. So you must connect the unit to internet directly. My internet connection is upstairs so I got a key pad that stays downstairs. Every time you have to set this stuff up yourself....
