Protect America will continue charging you after you have terminated the "service," even in writing. When you attempt to rectify with their customer service, they transfer you multiple times and leave you on hold for over 30 minutes or until you just hang up.

They are unethical and fraudulent and in most states, illegal.

Ironically, they are supposed to protect your home, are trusted with your personal details, yet they clearly CAN NOT be trusted. The service caused several fines from the governmental False Alarm bureau, so it's not worth it at any cost.

AVOID Protect America, heed my warning, and thank your lucky stars you were forewarned. It's not necessarily the company, but every employee I've dealt with...AVOID.


Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $100000.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

I didn't like: Lie to you to get you to sign up, Make you wait for support service, Cancellation procedure not clearly informed and lousy service, Quality of the product.
