I have been trying to contact them for 2 months telling them my equipment wasn't working. Since my contract was up I just wanted to cancel the system.

First it is impossible to get a hold of anyone. After a month of trying to talk to a real person with no luck I cancelled my credit card on file. Then of course - they called me. They tried to sell me another system.

I said I wasn't interested after several attempts. Then I sent an email but I was told it was the wrong dept.

Now I am currently trying to find out who to send it to as I have to give 30 days. Even though I have not had a system for 3 months.

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.

I liked: Easy installation good customer service at first.

I didn't like: Cancellation process, Too much wasted time trying to cancel, No one answers phone or you get redirected.
