The only reason I went to this company was that there is no initiation fee. I have 37 windows and 2 doors wanted to secure (to prevent my 3 teenager boys sneaking out). They gave 22 sensors for free, which was not enough but more than any other companies provided....Read more

After being lied to and speaking with another associate and being offered 100$ to make the situation “Right”. I knew doing business with a company like this for three years is not something I wish to do.
They oversell, lock you into a contract for approx 2000 dollars for a useless pretty much product , thier product is horrible, long wait times to get customer service doesn’t work if no WiFi , they call the police if they can’t get ahold of you. You can’t contact them...Read more

Was told i can cancel anytime and i go to cancel and im put on hold for almost an hour then im told its impossible to cancel till 2020. Im locked at my low price and cant cancel tbe agreement. Its bull.... They need to do this because if they didnt they wouldnt have clients.

With all of these terrible reviews, how is this company still in business?? My husband was told by the sales rep that he could cancel anytime. Now being told that canceling is not an option. Terrible customer service. And It seems they’re ripping a lot of people off. Hundreds of complaints on multiple websites, including bbb and consumer affairs, Yelp. How is this business not shut down?
