Protect America - No customer support after 8.00pm

I have security monitoring with protect America. I tried to contact customer support after 8 pm. Today(10/1/17).recorded message said customer support is closed. I have an issue with my security system and i am trying to get it resolved. This is a serious safety issue as far as i am concerned.
