It took me a month to resolve a camera Issue and then another week and counting to resolve a sensor issue. Endless commutes to my shore property and ENDLESS waits on the Customer Cue.

Typically more than an hour to get in touch with a live person. Interestingly. I called Sales and they picked up the phone in two rings. They care F-all about their existing customers because of their contract.

If you think Comcast or Time Warner are bad, these guys will astound you. And they want you to test your system monthly, but again.

ENDLESS waits. In fairness, once you do get someone they are polite and generally competent.

Product or Service Mentioned: Protect America Customer Care.

Reason of review: Poor customer service.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Fix the waiting time and refund a month's service since my system was not properly functioning for that length of time.

I didn't like: Make you wait for support service.
